Managing Director
Ms. Jiang has over 17 years of investment, merger and acquisition and investment banking experience. She is Managing Director of CBC Group, a healthcare-dedicated private equity firm, and has served as a Partner and a Managing Director since January 2014. Ms. Jiang currently also serves on the board of several private companies.
Ms. Jiang served as Director and COO at Far East Horizon’s Investments Group, a financial services organization, from March 2012 to December 2013. Prior to that, Ms. Jiang served at ARC China Inc. as Managing Director, as well as Associate Director at BDA, a cross border M&A firm, and UBS Investment Bank in New York.
Ms. Jiang received her bachelor’s degree in Economics with a Political Science double major from Wellesley College in Massachusetts in May 2003
